5 More Days UNTIL COMPLETION!!

Hey Everyone!

I have gotten so engrossed by the 40 day challenge and some other projects that I just haven't been typing as much.

But there's only 5 DAYS LEFT and I will be the first to tell you that it has been quite an experience!

I did not get it perfectly each day. There were some days where I was off by a meal but I always corrected myself to do better.

I've definitely seen an very noticeable improvement and am very happy with the results.
However, this is just the beginning!

Wishing you all a healthy and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Becoming A Person Who Is Capable Of Handling More...

I remember about three weeks ago when I had
started Ola's challenge and was struggling to lift
half of what I am capable of lifting today.

I've learned that many health enthusiasts that go to the gym focus on lifting a heavier weight
but quickly learn that they are not quite ready for handling that level of "stress."

When you are lifting weights, you are stressing your muscles. We actually create stress for our muscles but it's a rewarding kind of stress when you see your results.

Okay we just went off in a tangent there.

The point is that many people are not ready to lift heavier weights especially if you don't have the proper diet or nutrition to support your exercise.

So if you're trying to lift heavier weights without the foundation, you will either feel fatigue and give up or you will lose motivation and quit. I know
that's what I did in the past.

As a champion bodybuilder and health expert Dr. Ola B. Madsen has formulated a unique lifestyle that can helps us address these problems from occuring so that you can persist in reaching your goals.

I know this can help you if you're serious about
changing your health results because it sure has helped me.

The Point of Starvation....Who's Really In Control?

When your body tells you its hungry, and your mind tells you what's logical -- to fill it up
with something, ANYTHING to make that feeling of "hunger" go away.

This is the point of starvation that I felt today after
I just ate a large breakfast with 4 egg whites, 3 slices of bread and a whey protein shake. Rather than eating a unhealthy snack, I drank a glass of nourishing wheatgrass with the roots included.

My hunger was subdued instantly! The body craves nutrition but what we usually tend to do
is just "fill it up" to make the discomfort go away.

This results in what I call "binge" eating where we will eat anything without considering its
nutritional value. This is the point of starvation.

But you have complete control in reality, but during that point -- that pivotal moment, you make a vital decision that either creates a subconcious habit which either prolongs life or shortens it.

As always, I encourage you to challenge yourself with Ola's 40 Day Challenge.

Just go to www.olaschallenge.com to sign up and remember to put "Gurmit" as a referral.

Setting A Dual Outcome "Win/Win" Goal

Many of us have a singular focus on a particular outcome when we set a goal.

The drawback to a single outcome goal is that you usually set yourself up for a disappointment if you don't achieve it.

And I don't know about you, but my goals are meant to be set high so I usually don't achieve them. They usually are there just to challenge me. However, I still come out feeling like a winner.

How? Well, I'll give you an example:

In my business, there are two components to it and that is health & wealth.

When I work out at the gym, I know that with each repetition of exercise that I do is an investment in both my health AND my wealth.

Every month I make an investment in both of these areas by simply going to the gym, getting the proper nutrition. The outcomes are either improved health at the very least and at the very best, more wealth in the process.

So how can you set a Dual Outcome Goal?
It's simply a matter of perception.
When you don't achieve an intended goal, then I simply ask myself okay well what have I gained out of this? There's no point feeling like you've lost anything because in reality you've always gained something.

All Great Accomplishments Were First Achieved In The Mind - Gurmit

Fat is to Thoughts as Muscles are to Beliefs

WHAT??!

Yes its true.

Now, don't tell me you disagree?

Well let me explain then.

Our self image and our current results are usually out of proportion, meaning -- we have a tendancy
to give ourselves less credit than what we truly are.

We dream of having a beautiful body.
And so we start going to the gym in an effort to get rid off the fat so that we can show our true strength or beauty. Now, the muscles are already usually there. It may need strengthening, but it's already there. It's always been there because of our daily routines.

If you want to change your results, you have to strengthen your muscles and that takes an adjustment. An adjustment of where you direct your energy or focus.

The same goes for our psychology when we
strive for challenging goals. Usually it's our thoughts that stop us. If we want our thoughts to change, we have to change our beliefs first. Then the thoughts change and become supportive.

What's the quickest way to change your beliefs?

Call me and I'll tell you exactly what I do...

Your Personal Health Is Your Business!

How would you like to increase your lifespan?
Maybe even increase your income?
Or create long lasting wealth?

Most of us would probably want all of the above.

As I progress in my 40 day challenge, I realize how my beliefs are changing. I remember thinking that I would never be able to eat 7 meals a day
because I really do not enjoy "eating."

But now that I've done something I thought I could never do, then it's just a matter of replicating my actions for other beliefs as well.

Back to my point, I believe investing in your personal health is the most rewarding business
because all of your dollars never go to waste.
You become the most powerful marketing tool
for your health business. And when you talk, people will listen.

When people listen, like and trust what you have to say, your income will grow.

So now you have increased your lifespan, increased your passive income, and have more quality relationships as well.

How do you get started? Simple! Here are two ways:

1. Call Me 732.725.7457
2. Go to http://ping.fm/0pDFX and sign up for the free challenge.
3. Share your experience when others ask you how did you do that? (Your Results Will Sell For You...so you never have to)

Whoa!

Today was a tough adjustment for me.
My body is not used to eating so many meals a day
so I decided not to force it.

But Let it adjust slowly.

Also, I noticed that when gaining weight -- we tend to consume a lot of meat.

The meat metabolizes into acidity. So my system felt kind of strange at a certain point. I could almost feel the acidity in my system. I knew I wasn't taking in enough alkaline foods.

But when I drank a refreshing glass of wheatgrass aka the king of alkaline food (multivitamin herb that goes directly into the bloodstream)....that strange sensation zapped away!

An amazing third day

I've been focused on my diet so much that I was really really motivated to work out.

I used the NO Shotgun as stated on the diet and noticed a huuuuge difference in my level of concentration and drastically lower levels of fatigue between each set.

Day 2 of the 40 Day Challenge

Today was the second day with my 40 day challenge and let's face it.

I wasn't able to eat my first meal at the time that I planned but I made up for it later at the Muscle Maker Grill.

This diet is really not difficult to follow at all whether you are trying to lose weight or gain weight. It's just about DOING; not planning, thinking or telling someone else that you're going to do it.

Also this is not worrying about "timing" (especially in the beginning)
